Kickin It Acres Border Collies

                       Kickin It Acres has been raising and working Border Collies for over 10 years. We have also been showing in conformation off and on throughout those years. Our Border Collies are not only our pets and companions they are also our family and  working partners on the farm. We pride our selves in raising a Border Collie with a great mind, great disposition, easily trained, and an all around amazing dog. Our puppies have proven themselves in working pens, performance events, as therapy dogs, service dogs, and amazing family companions. We mainly breed for black/white Border Collies with rough/medium coats we do occasionally have blue/whites available. We are currently located in South Central Iowa. ANNOUNCEMENT

My husband and I have done alot of talking and discussing and with the death of my Mom, Cathy Bowers of Country Classic Corgis, on September 12, 2023, we have decided to continue with her breeding  program. We will of course continue with our Border Collies, as they are the love of our life. We have never been without a Corgi as a pet but this will be our first venture into raising top quality, health tested, AKC registered Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies.

Mom spent over 40 years breeding, showing, and dedicating her life to the Pembroke Welsh Corgis. We do not want to see all her hard work and dedication to the breed to not be continued. We will only be raising a couple litters a year. We want to be able to continue with the top care of our dogs and puppies. Making sure our puppies have the top care and socialized properly so they are ready to start their amazing futures with their new families.
